In order to be able to produce high quality wines in our vineyard , the terroir must be able to express itself fully. For this, we do a considerable work to optimize the quality of the fruit . This starts with a pruning aiming at control of the yields , followed by many operations such as disbudding , thinning strong>, and stripping to produce a ripe , healthy harvest, and as homogeneous as possible. The Terroir is revealed
Over time, we discover the potential of each plot and the exceptional terroir of the estate. We have chosen to produce gourmet wines such as our Bergerac which will be drunk young, but also great wines for aging from Montravel which will have to wait because of their aging in barrels.
